A one-trip container is a new shipping container that has completed a single international journey from the factory where it was built to its destination country. This single trip is usually from a manufacturing hub, most often China, to a location like the UK, with freight inside to cover transport costs.
While still the newest and best-conditioned option available, a one-trip container isn’t factory-perfect and may have minor cosmetic marks, scrapes, or dents from its voyage and handling.
