Refund Policy

At Evnt Inspirations, we aim to provide exceptional service across our event hire and ticketed events. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Hire Services

(Hire of container bars, furniture, tipis, event structures, staffing, etc.)

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your individual hire agreement.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the hire date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the hire date are not eligible for a refund.

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, a full refund or credit may be offered.

  • No refunds will be given for unused equipment or services once delivered and accepted on-site.

2. Event Management Services

(Custom projects, festivals, branded activations, corporate events)

  • Refund terms for event planning and delivery services are outlined in individual contracts.

  • Once planning work has begun or staff/resources have been committed, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or costs incurred.

  • If an event is cancelled by the client, partial refunds may be considered depending on notice period and the stage of project delivery.

3. Ticketed Events

(Public events like brunches, fan zones, seasonal festivals)

  • All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered either a refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.

  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid. Refunds are only available upon request within a defined timeframe.

  • We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other third-party costs incurred.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed attendance or personal reasons (e.g. illness, travel disruption).

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Date and name of the event or hire booking

  • Reason for the refund request
     

We aim to respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.
